ABOUT ME

I've always loved people and genuinely believe everyone has the capacity and power within them to live a happy and fulfilling life. I've had some personal challenges where I could not see how things would improve, but I'm so glad to say I was wrong. I aim to help you to understand your own emotional patterns and uncover the subconscious thoughts and behaviours which are keeping you stuck. With the right tools, it's possible to find a more hopeful outlook on any issues that life brings your way.
